1. First-Time Consultation
₹2500 or ₹1500 covers ₹2000 or ₹1000 respectively for first consultation only + ₹500 for 1-week medicine.
The first consultation fees is applicable only for new patients during their first video consultation.
2. Advance Payment
Only ₹1000 is charged initially as a booking deposit to confirm your slot.
The remaining amount which includes the medicine and courier charges is charged after consultation, based on your case details.
3. Follow-Up Cases
No first consultation fee is charged for follow-ups. ₹1000 booking deposit in follow-up cases includes up to 2 weeks of medicine.
If medicines are needed for longer period, ₹500 per additional week is added accordingly.
4. Complex or Serious Cases
In advanced or critical conditions (e.g., cancer, renal failure, coma), pricing may vary.
Final charges are based on the complexity and duration of required treatment.
